Meet and Greet Permit

Meet and Greet Permits are required when an arriving individual or group is being met on Airport property by ground transportation providers. Each Meet and Greet Permit may be used only for the time specified on the permit by Sky Harbor’s Ground Transportation office.

To obtain a Meet and Greet Permit, you will need to submit a Meet and Greet Permit Request form to Sky Harbor Ground Transportation office. All Meet and Greet Permit requests may be submitted in person to Sky Harbor Transportation Office, faxed (602-683-2651) or e-mailed to groundtransportation@phoenix.gov, Monday through Friday (except on holidays) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For after hours and holidays you can obtain your Meet and Greet Permit by contacting the Landside Operations Supervisor (Oscar 20) at 602-273-3326.
