New Company Setup

Every ground transportation company conducting commercial business with arriving passengers at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport must have a file in our Ground Transportation Office. All drivers must also have a current Driver’s ID card in order to pick up passengers at the Airport.

New Companies must:

Complete the Two-Year Revocable Commercial Permit Application. [PDF]
Provide the clerk with an original insurance certificate. See Sample Insurance Accord. [PDF]
Obtain approval and signature of the application from a Ground Transportation Supervisor.
Complete the Company Authorized Signer [PDF] training and register your company with the Sky Harbor Security Badging Office located at the main entrance of Airport Operation Building.
