QR Codes Benefit Travelers

Wonder how you are going to remember where you parked? Wish to provide feedback? Can’t remember that web address? Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport currently utilizes many Quick Response (QR) codes that make it easier for travelers to obtain information and/or contact us.

We offer QR codes on a variety of our comment cards. These include general comment cards which are found at the Information Counters, taxi comment cards and inter-terminal bus comment cards. Simply take your smartphone or tablet and scan the QR code on the card. Then, you will be directed to the corresponding form on the website to provide feedback.

At the Economy Parking bus stops, scan the code and receive a reminder message about where you parked. No longer do you have to worry about writing down where you parked and misplacing the paper on your return home. And, QR codes on the bus stops along the roadway give detailed information on how to transfer between terminals.

Most recently, those passing through Phoenix Sky Harbor may have seen Airport staff wearing black shirts that said “Scan Me.” This was to promote Sky Harbor’s new mobile website. Scan the QR code and be directed to skyharbor.com. Or, type in skyharbor.com on your mobile device and be automatically directed.

QR Codes are just the latest customer service feature that America’s Friendliest Airport™ has rolled out to help travelers. And, remember, feedback is always encouraged whether it be through a QR code, our website, by phone or even regular mail. Contact our 24-hour switchboard at 602-273-3300.
