Overnight PHX Sky Train® Maintenance
Until October 31, the PHX SkyTrain® will have intermittent overnight shut-downs from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. for testing in preparation for the opening of Stage 1A. From 12 a.m. on Sunday, October 19, until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, the PHX Sky Train will be undergoing additional testing. During this time, travelers may see the train running between Terminals 3 and 4, however, passengers will be asked to exit the train at the Terminal 4 Station. There will be no other impacts to operations during this time. More>>

Sky Harbor serves nearly 40 million passengers every year. To keep pace with the Valley’s growth, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport will need more terminal space and parking, better roads, airfield improvements, and options for moving people and airplanes around the Airport more quickly. Upcoming improvements to Sky Harbor are often referred to as the Airport Development Plan.
