How do I get in and out of the parking facility?
When you arrive, you press the green button and take a ticket and park your vehicle. When you return, go to an Open Exit lane and present your ticket and confirmation (paper or smartphone) to the Cashier.
What happens if I need to stay longer than what I prepaid?
When you present your ticket and confirmation, you will pay the difference for the additional days at the posted daily rate, which will likely be more than your prepaid rate.
If I stay longer than my booking, do I have to pay using the same credit card?
No, any payment type is accepted upon exit.
If I prepay for my parking, is it refundable?
Yes, a full refund will be provided if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date and time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date and time, you will be charged for 1 day of parking plus the service fee.
How does the refund work?
Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card you used to charge for your Prepaid Parking. Please call toll free 888-227-8893 or email email@example.com.
What if I return earlier than what I prepaid?
Contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will credit the same credit card you used to charge for your Prepaid Parking.
Can I use another coupon with the Prepaid Discounted Parking offer?

Can anyone else use my Prepaid Parking, is it transferrable?
Yes, they will need to provide the confirmation page. But the confirmation page can only be used for one vehicle.
What if I need to change the date and time of my Prepaid Parking?
If your stay is extended, you can adjust your booking. However, if you are changing your arrival and departure days, you will need to cancel your original booking and rebook with your new itinerary.
Are your parking facilities open 24 hours?
Yes, they are open 24 hours 7 days a week.
How do I get to my gate?
It depends where you park. If you park in the terminal, you simply walk to your gate.
Which parking garages can I park in?
