Sustainability Inclusivity

Have you seen these posters around the airport? These are our recycling and water conservation posters from our award-winning education outreach program. Recently, the Sustainability team elevated them to the next level by having them translated into the five most commonly spoken languages including Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic and French. By offering this information in multiple languages, the team has effectively catered to the needs of the airport’s multicultural demographic, fostering inclusivity and accessibility for all travelers.

By proactively addressing the linguistic diversity of its patrons, the airport has exemplified a commitment to inclusivity and customer service excellence. 

This campaign was honored with the National Recycling Coalition’s 2022 Outstanding Outreach Program for its recycling program efforts.
