The Terminal Services section of the Aviation Department is seeking a motivated, goal-driven Facility Contract Compliance Specialist to provide direct oversight of day-to-day operations of a variety of contracted service providers with a combined value of over $20 million a year ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Some contracted services include and are not limited to janitorial, custodial, odor control, window cleaning, high dusting, regulated trash, carpet cleaning, and floor care maintenance.
Daily site inspections, use of work order systems, Microsoft software, and clear, professional, detailed report writing are crucial to this role as the Facility Contract Compliance Specialists serve as liaisons between the Aviation department's internal and external stakeholders and are required to relay and provide resolution to complaints, contractual issues, and scope of work deficiencies to our service contractors. Other duties related to Terminal Services include attending frequent site walks, virtual meetings, and team meetings. The Facility Contract Compliance Specialist must also be able to support KPI goals, review service contracts to determine appropriate service-level trends, ensure contractors are compliant with aviation rules and regulations, occasionally oversee contracted crews performing heavy outdoor cleaning activities, and respond and assist where needed in all airport emergencies.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Position is subject to annual shift bids based on seniority.
