On The FLY Award
Sometimes the best customer service that can be provided is a smile and a friendly disposition.
One passenger got a healthy dose of that when she went through Anthony H.’s line in Terminal 4. Anthony is an agent with TSA and he lifted the passenger's spirits when she passed through the security checkpoint.
She tagged Phoenix Sky Harbor when she posted to social media, "He was SO kind, nice, funny and joyful. It totally made my morning!"
The passenger wanted to make sure we knew how Anthony made her day, so he was recognized for his outstanding work by our Customer Service On the FLY team (F = Friendly. L = Let me help. Y = You.)
