Customer Service Forum

Aviation partners and staff at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport recently celebrated extraordinary customer service during the airport’s third annual Customer Service Forum. Employees had the opportunity to network with other stellar employees from different organizations of the airport. They learned more about dementia and how to understand, speak to, and treat individuals who visit our airport with a dementia-related illness. A motivational speaker joined participants and encouraged everyone to keep leveling up and believing in themselves, helping employees complete the forum with lots of knowledge and motivation to continue helping us be America’s Friendliest Airport®.
