Air Service Updates
On April 11, Southwest Airlines began new daily non-stop service from Washington D.C. Dulles International Airport to Phoenix Sky Harbor.
American Airlines announced service from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Provo Airport in Utah, beginning this fall. The airline will offer one daily flight between the two cities using a CRJ-700 aircraft starting Oct. 7.
JetBlue announced Phoenix flights with their Mint product, which feature lie-flat seats, an exclusive Tuft & Needle sleep experience, the new front-row Mint Studio™ boasting the largest TV on a U.S. airline, and an extra seat for space to work, lounge and entertain. This service will start with the return of their daily Phoenix to Fort Lauderdale service beginning on Oct. 25 and daily service between Boston and Phoenix will increase to twice daily beginning on Oct. 27.
