Aviation Employee Saves the Day—and a Toy

After a long day of traveling during the holidays, a passenger’s daughter lost her stuffed puppy on the way to baggage claim. The mother was traveling solo with her toddler and realized right after exiting security that she lost her favorite stuff animal.

Shaun C., a security guard with the Aviation Department, noticed the mother’s distress and was able to go past security and find the toy.

“My daughter still carries her puppy everywhere she goes and sleeps with him every night all because Shaun noticed and went the extra mile to find it for us,” the mother said.
