Aira is a complimentary service available to all passengers at PHX, offering visual interpreting and wayfinding assistance while at the airport. With this service, passengers who are blind or low vision can access live, on-demand visual information through real human agents, all from the convenience of their phone. Interpreters audibly describe, read, explain, and help passengers navigate the airport in real-time.
