FLY Award Winner Helps Calm Traveler’s Worries

A traveler encountered a technical issue with their parking reservation while rushing to catch a flight. She decided to get another ticket and park in the oversized lot. Upon her return a week later, she was stressed trying to put her situation into words but luckily Mabuwaka P., an Ace Parking employee, stepped in with calm professionalism and quick thinking.

She eased the customer's concerns by immediately calling the Parking Office, which honored her reservation without hesitation. The customer expressed her gratitude and said, "Employees like Mabuwaka truly enhance the reputation of your facility and ensure customers like myself leave with nothing but positive experiences. Thank you for fostering such a supportive and customer-focused team environment."
