Terminal Operations Coordinator Richard V. is always is ready to help people navigate the airport. When a man dropping off his mother to the airport couldn’t remember where his car was parked, Richard was fast to respond.
The gentleman used the assistance phone located in the parking structure after spending a lot of time searching for his vehicle.
“The person answering the phone said she would send someone to walk with me to the parking garage. Richard patiently listened and walked with me and did an excellent job, genuinely wanting to help without judgment,” the passenger writes.
To say thank you to Richard, our Customer Service team presented them with an On the FLY team (F = Friendly. L = Let me help. Y = You) award.
