Terminal 3 Micro-Restaurant and Kiosk Bonus Business Information Meeting – April 25, 2025

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting an additional Business Information Meeting for small business concession operators and other interested parties including ACDBE, DBE and potential concessions suppliers, in preparation for the release of a competitive Revenue Contract Solicitation (RCS) for Terminal 3 F&B concession opportunities. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the Business Information meeting to learn about the scope of the RCS and ask any questions you have about the process. In addition, information will be provided on the Airport’s Small Business Program. This RCS will offer a single contracting opportunity.

Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse Concession Opportunities Outreach Events – April 21, May 9 and June 11, 2025

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting three Business Information Meetings and one Outreach session for concession operators and other interested parties including ACDBE, DBE and potential concessions suppliers, in preparation for the release of competitive Revenue Contract Solicitations (RCS) for Terminal 3 Food and Beverage and Retail concession opportunities. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the Business Information meetings to learn about the scope of the RCS and ask any questions you have on the process. In addition, information will be provided on the Airport’s Small Business Program. The outreach session on May 9th will be a matchmaking event for small businesses to meet and connect with prime businesses through timed scheduled sessions. The purpose of this matchmaking event is to create a space for potential partnerships to be built in preparation for bidding on these concession opportunities. These RCS will offer up to five contracting opportunities.

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting individual Business Information Meetings for Fixed Based Operators and other interested parties, in preparation for the release of a competitive Revenue Contract Solicitations (RCS) for a Fixed Based Operator opportunity at Deer Valley Airport. Interested parties are encouraged to attend a Business Information Meeting to learn about the scope of the RCS opportunity and ask any questions you have on the process.

All meetings will be held at Barrio Brewing Co. Restaurant located at Deer Valley Airport, 702 W. Deer Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ  85027.

ADOT DBE & Small Business Transportation Expo - May 25, 2025

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and partner agencies will be holding the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Transportation EXPO on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. This in-person event will allow attendees to learn about project opportunities, network with industry professionals and business owners and hear from transportation leaders including: ADOT, MCDOT, the City of Phoenix Public Transit and Street Transportation departments, Valley Metro, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
