Aviation Business Summit 2025

Registration is open for the Aviation Business Summit taking place on Feb. 25, 2025. This event is hosted by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department and is designed to give interested businesses the opportunity to learn, network, and understand the tools available for doing business with Phoenix Sky Harbor, Deer Valley, and Goodyear Airports. Some of the topics covered at this year’s event will include a highlight of our Design and Construction division and associated upcoming opportunities, a panel session with construction industry professionals, a procurement roundtable discussion, and a session on the ins and outs of operating a business inside the airport terminals. The event will also offer business resource sessions on small business certification and business lending. There will also be many opportunities to network and interact with City staff, community agencies, and business partners. The event will be hosted in person at Warehouse215 and is free to attend. Site Tour: Terminal 3 Small Business Food & Beverage Opportunity

Join us for a tour of the upcoming Terminal 3 Micro Restaurant and Kiosk small business opportunity locations. The tour will begin at Aviation Headquarters at 1 p.m. The group will take the PHX Sky Train^® to Terminal 3 to tour both sites (levels 1 and 4) and then return to Aviation Headquarters. The tour will depart promptly at 1 p.m. Please be sure to arrive at Aviation Headquarters by that time. The solicitation scope is not yet finalized. All information shared during the tour is subject to change. This tour will not include a viewing of the Micro Restaurant or Kiosk Equipment, or any post-security areas.
