The Passenger Services supervisor is a detail-oriented problem solver who focuses on providing outstanding customer service. A Ramp Agent is responsible for ensuring that flights run on time by providing efficient ground support services.

As an AGI Passenger Services Supervisor you will:
- Supervise and direct the work of all passenger service agents on your shift as they check in passengers and luggage and address passenger questions and concerns
- Manage passenger service agent manpower to ensure adequate staffing on your shift
- Serve as point person for customers and management to alert them to any irregular operations which may cause delays or otherwise impact service to our customers
- Be responsible for conducting on the job training for new team members

As an ATS Passenger Services Supervisor you must be able to:

- Work around jet and machinery noises
As an ATS Ramp Agent you will:
- Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate

AIRCRAFT LINE SERVICE TECHNICAN
Job description
Jackson Jet Center has openings for a full-time, Aircraft Line Service Technician. Must be able to work all shifts including: overnights, swing shifts, and weekends. The primary function of this position is to assist with the fueling, towing, and wing walking of arrival/departure aircraft.
Employees provide red carpet service to passengers and crew arriving and departing Jackson Jet Center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. They also ensure ground transportation is positioned for passengers and crew when necessary; load and unload luggage from aircraft; provide GPU, lavatory and oxygen services; and tow aircraft to and from hangars for departure and arrivals when necessary. Previous experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a pre-employment background check, and drug test. Must be Drug Free and Have No Felonies.
