America’s Friendliest Airport® Offers Free Gift Wrapping
PHOENIX – Preparing and traveling for the holidays can be stressful, but Phoenix Sky Harbor is contributing to making this the most wonderful time of the year by offering FREE gift wrapping for the 11th year in a row.
Travelers will be able to take advantage of this free service on Dec. 23 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Dec. 24 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in Terminal 4 pre-security in baggage claim and post-security near checkpoints B and C.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) discourages travelers from bringing wrapped presents and packages through security because they may be unwrapped if they need to be inspected. Travelers can avoid delays by waiting until they’re past security to wrap gifts.
Passengers who are still shopping for last-minute gifts can avoid long retail lines by purchasing gifts at the Airport. Sky Harbor’s 2019 Holiday Catalog has many great ideas, and features gifts for men, women, children, and pets from local retailers such as Bunky Boutique, Travel Outfitters, Sonora Southwest Living, and more! Purchase gifts at the airport and enjoy the convenience of getting them wrapped for free.
