On the FLY Award
The Lost and Found Office offers a frequently used service at America’s Friendliest Airport®, so when a customer leaves happy, it’s cause for celebration.
A customer who lost his phone received “some of the best service I’ve ever encountered” from Suraj T., a security guard with the City of Phoenix Aviation Department. Suraj assisted the customer in finding his lost phone over a weekend and helped guide him through the retrieval process.
For his eager assistance, Suraj has been recognized by Sky Harbor’s On the FLY team (F = Friendly. L = Let me help. Y = You.)
