Sky Kids Fly at Phoenix Goodyear Airport
Earlier in the month of May, the non-profit organization Sky Kids held their annual Fly Day at Phoenix Goodyear Airport. The event gives children with special needs the opportunity to experience the thrill of flight in a general aviation aircraft.
Participants also enjoyed face painting, police and fire displays, lunch, and interesting aircraft displays. Since Sky Kids began their Fly Day events, they have shared the thrill of flight with more than 1,000 families. To learn more about Sky Kids and their organization, visit skykidsaz.org
