Keep Your Eyes Out for Compassion Cacti™ Lanyards
America’s Friendliest Airport® offers the Compassion Cacti™ Lanyard Program, which is aimed at providing an extra-friendly hand to customers who need more time or additional assistance when traveling through the airport.
Customers, their parents, caregivers or guardians can request a Compassion Cacti™ lanyard prior to their next visit to the airport by completing a request form at skyharbor.com.
- Requests will be reviewed by customer service staff within 5-7 business days.
- Once processed, customers can pick up their lanyard at the Compassion Corner Office by showing a photo ID prior to or on the day of travel.
- When a customer wears the lanyard, PHX Airport employees will know that the passenger may need extra assistance, or a little more time at the check-in counter, security checkpoint and other areas.
- The Compassion Cacti lanyards can be kept and used each time the passenger travels through PHX, but the lanyard will only be recognized at PHX.

Report Safety Hazards
Download the See Say Airport App
Keeping PHX clean, safe, and running smoothly are essential factors for our world-class facility. We have a tool for you to report maintenance issues and safety concerns: See Say Airport app lets you report maintenance issues, restrooms that need attention, suspicious activity and more, discreetly, and even anonymously if you wish. You can also include photos and videos. Your reports will be sent to airport dispatchers for action. All employees should download the See Say Airport app and use it to report items that need attention. If you haven’t already done so, download the app in the App Store for iOS or on the Google Play Store for Android. Or you can simply scan this QR code:
